Does Coronado Sales Slowdown Equal Price Deceleration?
The number of home sales declined in Coronado from June to July echoing a national trend. The number of pending sales are also down. In May 2014 there were 37 properties pending; in July only 25. Decreasing sales puts pressure on price appreciation and that also appears to be slowing down after a brisk couple of months.
